AllisonLynn Bond is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in the field of Steamfitting and Welding in recognition of her role as CEO and President of 3 B Corp. Established since 1984, 3 B Corp provides rental equipment, land development and welding services to their clients. Offering a wide array of services to their consumers, the team at 3 B Corp is equipped in handling the commercial installation and repairing of, “maintained heating, air conditioning, refrigeration and process piping systems in the Nation’s Capital.” A frontrunner in the industry, 3 B Corp is comprised of a team of ten individuals with Steamfitters Union Local 602 comprised of over “4,500 Journeymen, Apprentices and Helpers, who work for roughly 200 Mechanical Construction and Service Contractors, in the Heating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Process Piping Industry.” Dedicated to offering quality customer service, the company utilizes the latest innovations in the welding industry to provide 24/7 service to their clients. Providing standards for excellence, 3 B Corp ensures that their workers receive training to better serve their customers constant needs. Amassing over forty six years of experience in the field as a Steamfitter and Welder, Bond is a renowned expert within her field. Throughout her career, Bond has attained expertise within the areas of Land Development and Equipment Rentals. Throughout the course of her education and training, Bond attained her Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the United States Air Force. To further her professional development, Bond holds several elite industry certifications as a Certified Welder with seven active certifications, a Licensed Commercial HVAC certification and a Class 3 Boiler License. Charitable to various organizations, Bond is involved in her local community theater, is a Veteran of the US Air Force, an active volunteer with her local Fire Department and is involved with several nonprofit organizations including St. Jude’s Hospital. In recognition of her professional accolades, Bond was recognized in 1989 for her craftsmanship for designing and installing a chill water system at the cancer radiation installation.
