Additionally, she went on to earn her NYS Real Estate Broker’s License, is pursuing continuing education in Ethics and Fair Housing. She is also a graduate of the University at Buffalo’s Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership where she now acts as a mentor to emerging entrepreneurs. To further her professional development, Collins maintains affiliations with many prestigious organizations. She is a current member, Director as well as the Secretary and Past President of The WNY Chapter of The New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (WNYSCAR); a previous member of the NYSCAR Board of Governors; on the Board of Directors and a Mentor/Reactor for the University at Buffalo Center’s Entrepreneurial Leadership; a member of Invest Buffalo Niagara (IBN); a member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR); a member of the NY State Association of REALTORS (NYSAR); a member of the REALTORS Commercial Alliance (RCA); a member of the National Association of Professional Women and Previous Woman of the Year (2009-2013); a Charter member of the Buffalo Niagara Commercial Listing System (BNCLS); and has held an A+ rating as an Accredited Business Owner with the Better Business Bureau for 11 years. Due to outstanding work in her field, Collins earned the Transactions Volume Award from the WNY Chapter of NYSCAR in 2014 and 2015. She was also named Co-Star Power Broker for Buffalo/Niagara Falls in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. Furthermore, the National Association of Professional Women has formerly named her as a Woman of the Year. Outside of work, Collins volunteers her time at the UB Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership, March of Dimes and United Way.
