She worked for Macy’s department store in various roles for close to five years, and continued to pursue customer service roles for a bit of time after that before finally settling into her role at Bay Air Systems. In honor of outstanding work throughout her years as a professional, Lynette Monzo has been named a Professional of the Year by Strathmore Who’s Who. She was also named Sales Manager of the Month during her time at Macy’s for producing the highest sales in her department. Outside of work, Monzo is interested in genealogy and involved in her local church. Additionally, in her spare time, she volunteers at the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano.
