David M. Koskelowski is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field of Education. His professional title is Pupil Transportation for the Wyoming Department of Education. The Wyoming Department of Education serves students of all ages throughout the State of Wyoming. Comprised of a rich education program to prepare students for a bright future, the Wyoming Department of Education teaches children early on how to be curious, enthusiastic and selfmotivated learners as a foundation for both future academic and prosperous lives. The mission and vision of the Department is to
significantly increase the percentage of Wyoming Students that are college, career and military ready by 2020. David has worked in this capacity for seven years. Prior to obtaining this position, he served in the U.S. Air Force for 21 years in security forces and as a First Sergeant. Throughout the course of his military career, he was stationed in England, Korea, Panama and Wyoming before his retirement. With his expertise in all facets of pupil transportation, yellow school bus reimbursements, bids, guidance and operations oversight, David now devotes his career to providing first-class transportation services for the state. David is the subject-matter expert for all thing yellow school bus in the State of Wyoming. To keep up with the latest in the industry, David remains an active member of the National Association of State Directors of Pupil Transportation Service, the National Congress on School Transportation, the National Association of Pupil Transportation, the Wyoming Pupil Transportation Association and the Wyoming Transportation Safety Coalition. He is a Life Member of the Air Force Sergeants Association and maintains an affiliation with Safe Kids Wyoming. A graduate of the Community College of the Air Force, David holds two Associate’s degrees in Security Administration and Human Resource Management.
