Frances B. Holinda, MBA-HCM, CPC is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field of Coaching and Consulting. She is the Owner, Founder and works as a Life/Personal Coach at Perspectives Personal Coaching. Prior to starting Perspectives Personal Coaching three years ago, Frances had a 25-year career in medical billing and consulting as the Owner and President of Physicians Resource Network, Inc. She now devotes her professional life to personal coaching and consulting. Certified through the International Coach Certification Academy, Frances is a self-described “Perspectives Coach” helping clients “shift” their perspectives to better manage life’s daily challenges and curveballs with greater ease and less stress. She coaches her clients to reach their goals, get “unstuck” and find purpose. “Not everyone wants to change their lives, or transform themselves, but we all want to be happy,” Frances said. “My philosophy at Perspectives Personal Coaching is if you can change your perspective, you can change your life, and I know because I’ve done it. Now it’s your time to shine.” Additionally, Frances is an eTV Host with The WIN, a VIP member of the National Association of Professional Women and the published author of Change Agents in High Heels. In her free time, she is an avid moviegoer and fitness junkie.

Her favorite charities include the ASPCA, The Humane Society, St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital and Habitat for Humanity. Frances holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Monmouth University. During her time at Monmouth University, Frances received the Monmouth University School of Business Administration’s Management Academic Award.
