Carol Goldstein-Barlia

Carol Goldstein-Barlia is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the fields of Coaching and Consulting. She is the Owner of Carol G. Barlia Career Coaching and Counseling. Starting her career as an employment attorney, Carol possesses over 15 years of experience in the legal field. She now channels her energy into her work as an employment coach who mentors individuals in the areas of re-entry strategy and interview preparation skills. She also provides resume and cover letter review. In addition to her consulting business, Carol is a recruiter, career counselor and Adjunct Professor of Job Development at Westchester Community College. She prides her success on being a people person, and her advice to those entering the field is to work hard and make goals. As a result of her hard work, the National Association of Professional Women inducted Carol into the VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is also a member of the Westchester Career Counselor’s Network, the Westchester Women’s Bar Association and the ASPCA. She also volunteers time to the Hadassah Children’s Hospital. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Carol earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications. She then went on to complete her Juris Doctor at the George Washington University Law School. Carol also holds a Certificate in Career Development and Counseling and HR and Employment Coaching through the NYU School of Continuing Professional Studies.
