Karla Webster Dyess

Karla Webster Dyess is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field of Construction. Karla is Safety Officer/QC-QA in Production for Constructors, Inc. Established in 1958, Constructors, Inc., is a third generation construction company. Providing services in the specialties of general, asphalt, dirt, concrete and utility construction, Constructors, Inc., is a local leader in construction services. Prior to her career with Constructors, Inc., Karla worked in customer service. In this position for 12 years, she is responsible for ensuring safety throughout the workplace and for the overall well-being of employees. Recognized as a VIP Woman of The Year by the National Association of Professional Women, Karla is the recipient of the 2013 Character Counts Award and the 2014 Employee of The Month Award. On being successful, her advice to those entering the industry is “be on time, show up and do your work because it gets noticed.” On a local level, Karla is involved with various charities such as Relay for Life the Cancer Society. Having lost both her daughter and daughter-in-law to drunk drivers, she is an avid supporter of the Mothers Against Drunk Driving Foundation and is a volunteer for the local Spring Fling.
