In the healthcare field for thirty six years, Pamela graduated as a registered nurse when she was twenty years old. She has been in this position for fifteen years where she works in the areas of healthcare administration and consulting, physician relations, quality improvement and assurance, patient safety, process improvement, managed care and much more.
A member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Northwest Organization of Nurse Executives, AONE and NAHQ, Pamela’s advice to individuals entering the industry is “opportunities are endless, set your sights and stretch outside your comfort zone.” Heavily knowledgeable in the industry, Pamela earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from Graceland University.
