Edna L. Kraatz is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Government Services. Edna is the Division
Manager with the City of Houston. An integral asset to the City of Houston, the support services branch of the engineering and construction division in the city of Houston’s public works and engineering department is where Edna has been Division Manager for over two decades.
In this capacity, Edna’s responsibilities include: the administration, management and support of a multimillion dollar budget, staff management, compliance, new employee training, payroll, human resources and more.
A member of the American Society of Public Administrators and Association for Training and Development, Edna currently sits on the Board of Directors with the Windsor Village Civic Association. Outside of work, she can be found donating her charity to organizations such as the Houston Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and Native-American Rights Fund.
