Shay Thurmon is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field of Motivational Speaking. Shay is the co-founder of Motivation Works, Inc. An established and world-renowned author and motivational speaker, Dan Thurmon is a recognized expert in delivering peak performances – on stage and in the workplace. As president of Motivation Works, Inc., he has worked with hundreds of clients and delivered thousands of presentations worldwide. In this position for over twenty years, Shay works side by side with her husband, Dan, as the Chief Financial Officer of their business.

 

She utilizes her expertise in finance, writing and videography on a daily basis. Priding her success on the support of her loving husband and family, she is a member of the National Speaking Association and National Association of Professional Women.
