 Margaret Short is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Insurance as a result of her role as Vice President Benefits with Deland Gibson Insurance Associates.

 Founded in 1900, Deland Gibson is a third generation family run insurance agency amassing over $40,000,000 in written premiums. With over twelve years of industry experience, Margaret’s areas of expertise include: benefits administration, employee benefits, healthcare reform and account management, as well as human resources, compliance, consulting and training.

 

 Maintaining affiliation with the National Association of Professional Women and MAHU, Margaret enjoys biking and traveling in her spare time. Furthermore, she attended Boston University towards Doctoral studies in Classics and Classical Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics.
