Andrea Prazakova is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Financial Services as a result of her role as Group Head - Retail & SME Banking Division with BancABC. Working in countries such as Asia, Africa and Eastern and Western Europe for over twenty years, Andrea has extensive knowledge and experience working in Retail Banking. In her current capacity Group Head - Retail & SME Banking Division, Andrea’s areas of concentration include all aspects of retail banking, strategy development and implementation, training, project management, product development, human resources, customer service, budgeting, and more.  

An integral asset to BancABC, Andrea’s fluency in three languages helps her greatly in international arenas. She strives to ensure long term prosperity of the business and is currently responsible for the development, implementation and management of group retail and SME strategy for Botswana, Mozambique, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
