Ibrahim Abudyak

Ibrahim Abudyak is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as an Outstanding Professional in the field of Automotive Services as a result of his role as Regional after Sales Leader with the Chrysler Group Middle East. The Chrysler Group is one of the “Big Three” American automobile manufacturers. It sells vehicles worldwide under its flagship Chrysler brand, as well as the Dodge, Jeep, and Ram brands, and it also manufactures vehicles sold under the Fiat brand in North America.  

In his current position, Ibrahim works within the automotive industry in the areas of customer care, service and parts (MOPAR), as well as dealer auditing, business planning, operations management, and customer promoter score. Ibrahim’s job resembles a single point of contact with the general distributors to drive and develop the aftersales business with a focused and continues field visits to couch the GDs staff in the right direction to achieve the corporate required growth in terms of parts sales and customer satisfaction. This will ensure proper representation MOPAR brand with optimal market penetration and awareness. Before taking his current position with the Chrysler Group, Ibrahim worked as an Advanced Certified Professional Service Advisor with Al Tayer Motors / Ford, JLR, Ferrari and Maserati distributors from 2010-2012. His most recent career accomplishment has been being appointed as leader for the CET project (Customer Experience Transformation) as part of enhancing Chrysler Group vehicle owners’ service experience. CET is based on detailed analysis of customer promoter score.  

Ibrahim is a member of the Jordan Engineers Association, Harvard Manage Mentor (HMM), and previously with Injaz Jordan, Young Leaders Forum and Civil Society Development Center. While in college, Ibrahim was the team leader in one of The Royal Health Awareness Society projects, and was Editor-In-Chief of the first Jordanian Students Magazine as well. Additionally, he has been the recipient of multiple honors and awards.

In December of 2011, Ibrahim was the first Ford service advisor in the Middle East to be certified with the maximum level of certification for a service advisor.  He was also given the title of Core Professional Service   Advisor with Ford Middle East in August of 2011, and received third place with Radio Star Search, MEPI, with the U.S Middle East Partnership Initiative in April of 2010. Throughout his educational career, Ibrahim earned his Bachelor of Science / Mechanical Engineering degree from Jordan University of Science and Technology. In his spare time, he enjoys leadership training, new technologies, racing, vehicle modifications and tuning, and social media.
