Julie K. Vitosh is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Professionals in the field of Non-Profit Services as a result of her role as Human Resources Director with the Good Samaritan Society. With more than 240 locations across the country, The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society is the largest not-for-profit provider of senior care and services in the United States. Founded in 1922, they have a rich history of faith and belief in their mission and obligation to share God’s love in word and deed by providing shelter and supportive services to older persons and others in need, believing that "In Christ’s Love, Everyone Is Someone."
In her current position, Julie is responsible for aspects regarding human resources, healthcare, client and employee relations, strategic planning, oversight of operations, as well as policy and procedures. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Women, where she was awarded with the recognition of NAPW Woman of the Year for 2013. Additionally, Julie is affiliated with the local Beatrice Chamber of Commerce. A mother of two, she enjoys gardening, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family. Throughout her educational career, Julie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of Nebraska.
