Board-certified psychiatrist, Dr. Sackeyfio has successfully garnered 48 years of vast knowledge and professional experience in the field of Psychiatry. He is renowned as an expert in the treatment of eating and addiction disorders including bulimia and anorexia nervosa.

Conditions treated by him include bipolar disorder, anxiety, depressive disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, attention deficit disorder, and schizophrenia.

In his current capacity, Dr. Sackeyfio currently serves his adult patients at his own private practice, where he focuses on addiction medicine because it combines pure medicine and has a strong psychiatric component. His career began in 1972 when he graduated from the University of Glasgow Faculty of Medicine in the Glasgow United Kingdom. Following this, he completed an internship and residency in Scotland. Upon relocating to the United States, he completed an additional residency at the Clinton Valley Center in Pontiac Michigan. Dr. Sackeyfio is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
