Mitzie Ann Yodites is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Social Work as an Executive Director and Program Founder of Basic Occupational Training Center. An adult daycare facility and behavior modification day program for adults, Basic Occupational Training Center (B.O.T.) is a training center that strives to promote personalized consumer progress in the areas of behavior management, emotional growth and skill acquisition. A believer in promoting independence, at B.O.T. their motto is to, “meet state objectives while always seeking to achieve higher standards.”The center seeks out in assisting individuals with disabilities and fostering an environment where they are able to facilitate growth and promote possibilities. An Executive and Advocate for the mentally disabled, Yodites is the Founder of B.O.T. Providing both classroom and vocational skills with job placement services and employee management, Yodites oversees over 425 adults in seven different locations. Amassing nineteen years of experience fueled by her own individual experience in assisting adults with behavioral issues, Yodites is passionate when it comes to her career. A Board Member for the Family Services Association, Yodites is also an associate of the CDSA and CRA Associations for Developmentally Disabled. Additionally, she is affiliated with the Inland Regional Center Transportation and Vendor Committees and Riverside and San Jacinto Chambers of Commerce. Throughout the course of her education and training, Yodites studied Mental and Social Health Services (Allied Professions) from Rio Hondo Community College. Certified through the Department of Rehabilitation (Grant Writing Workshop) and Management Action Program, Inc. (Strategy Course), Yodites possesses certification as an Administrator for Community Care Licensing and is also a Community Care Licensee. When she is not working, Yodites enjoys playing golf.
