Anthony Charles Venbrux, MD, FSR, FAHA, is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Achiever in the field of Medicine as an Interventional Radiologist and a Professor of Radiology and Surgery at George Washington University (GWU).
The dedicated staff at GWU School of Medicine is committed to excellent patient care, advancing the field of radiology, and providing quality education. The Department of Radiology offers a renowned residency program and specialized fellowships to train the next generation of radiologists, clinicians, and researchers. Dr. Venbrux ‘s clinical interests include women’s health issues, including embolization of fibroids, peripheral vascular interventions, biliary and urinary tract interventions, and treatment of pelvic varices.
In preparation for his career, Dr. Venbrux attended the University of Idaho for an undergraduate degree and the University of Washington School of Medicine for a medical degree. He went on to complete a residency at the Letterman Army Medical Center.
Dr. Venbrux dedicates this recognition to Dr. Ruedi Thoeni and in loving memory of his parents Jack and Maria Venbrux.
