Katherine R. Hall MD is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Achiever in the field of Medicine for her work as a Family Practitioner at Starr Regional Medical Center.
At Starr Regional Medical Center, the medical facility serves the Southeast Tennessee region and its surrounding areas. The twohospital system offers an increased level of care by sharing resources, knowledge, and physicians between two hospitals to strive to provide the best patient care.
Dr. Hall is a medical director at the outpatient facility where she offers expert patient care and advanced wound care, as an adult and pediatric practitioner.
Prior to embarking in her career in the medical field, Dr. Hall earned her B.S. in International Studies from Ohio State University, and her certifications in EMT as a paramedic. She continued her studies at Oregon Health & Sciences University, where she earned her MD, and subsequently went to pursue her residency in family medicine at the University of Tennessee.
Along with an illustrious career, Dr. Hall is also affiliated with the following organizations. She is a board member of the Tennessee Council of Family Physicians, and the American Academy of Family Physicians; she is a voting member of the Tennessee Committee on Pediatrics Emergency Care, and a member of the Tennessee Medical Association.
When Dr. Hall isn’t practicing medicine, she enjoys a plethora of activities, ranging from farming, gardening, yoga, weight lifting, Pilates, outdoor meditation, horses, reading, and playing computer games.
Dr. Hall has been married for over 16 years to Mr. Granville Hall, and she would like to dedicate this recognition to her mentor Gregory Blake, MD, and to her father Mr. Edward Roy.
