Located less than two miles from Rose Hill Manor Park, Dr. Harvey Levy & Associates, P.C. is a highly reputable dentist office offering a vast array of procedures, including cosmetic restoration, periodontal therapy, biopsies, and root canals. Unlike most offices, several members of the team at Dr. Harvey Levy & Associates have worked in their positions since inception in 1982. Dr. Levy has forty-five years of experience in dentistry, serving the last forty at his private practice. He specializes in treating patients who have anxiety and special needs. Patients have praised Dr. Levy for being kind, compassionate, and gentle.
In recognition of academic achievements, Dr. Levy earned a Doctorate of Medicine in Dentistry from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1974. Following this, he attended the University of Rochester School of Medicine & Dentistry where he enrolled in master courses in dentistry and research in non-verbal behavior. He has extraordinary post-education, completing nine fellowships and earning five diplomate certificates.
To further professional development, Dr. Levy is an esteemed member of the American Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Association, Special Care Dentistry Association, and Academy of General Dentistry. An honest and charitable man, he has provided free dental work on missionary trips in Guatemala.
On account of his decades of expertise, Dr. Levy has been invited to speak for the American Dental Association twenty-times annually about patients who are and have special needs. A published author, he has shared his breadth in over forty articles and five book chapters.
When Dr. Levy is not working, he can be found practicing martial arts. He is inducted in the Martial Arts Hall of Family.
Dr. Levy dedicates this recognition to his parents, Lili and Leon Levy, who still encourage him to pursue education because they were denied an education due to being held in Nazi concentration camps.
