Karen F. Arcotta, MD, FACC is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Achiever in the field of Medicine as a Cardiologist at her private practice.
With over 39 years of experience as a physician, Dr. Arcotta specializes in Heart Biopsies and Heart disease in women while excelling at public speaking.
Throughout her education and training, Dr. Arcotta received her Bachelors degree from USC and her Medical degree from the University of Nevada. Following this, Dr. Arcotta completed her Internal medicine residency at UNV Medical Centre and her Cardiology Fellowship at UNV Medical Centre.
To further her professional development, Dr. Arcotta is affiliated with AMA, Transplant and Cardiology Association; Dr. Arcotta is also a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) and volunteers her time to participate in local public speaking at the library on women’s health.
In recognition of her achievements, Dr. Arcotta received the American Heart Association “Heart of Gold” Award in 2000.
