Board Certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine, while pursuing his educational endeavors, Dr. Hoffman studied medicine at SUNY Downstate College of Medicine where he graduated in 1965.

To further enhance his professional development, Dr. Hoffman is an elite member of several prominent organizations including the American College of Rheumatology and the Arthritis Foundation.

In recognition of his professional accolades, Dr. Hoffman was the honorary recipient of the Castle Connolly Top Doctors Award for New York Metro Area from 1999-2008 and 2010-2014. Dr. Hoffman was also the recipient of the Patients’ Choice Award and Compassionate Doctor Recognition from 2010-2012.

When he is not working, Dr. Hoffman enjoys fishing, reading, and traveling.
