Holding certification as a paralegal and in medical billing from Adelphi University, Iskenderian is a licensed Notary Public in both New York and Connecticut. Early in her career, Iskenderian attained her Bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Brockport and holds multiple administrative certifications.

To further her professional development, Iskenderian is an elite member of several organizations including the International Association of Administrative Professionals and the National Association of Professional Women, which named her as a member of its VIP Woman of the Year Circle.
