Throughout the course of his career, Dr. Egwuonwu has gained expertise in the areas of Internal Medicine, Geriatric and Critical Care. Throughout the course of his education and training, Dr. Egwuonwu attended the University of Ibadan where he attained his Medical Doctor degree. Later, he then completed his internship and residency at the Paul L. Foster School of Medicine at the Texas Tech University Health Science Center. To further his professional development, Dr. Egwuonwu is an affiliate of several organizations including the Fellow of the American College of Physicians.
