Throughout the course of her education and training, Karin attained her Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management from Roger Williams University. Thereafter, Karin would then go on to complete her Masters of Arts in Business Administration and of Science in Cyber Security Policy from University of Maryland University College.

During her illustrious career, Karin has obtained several elite certifications including International Coach Federation Associate Certified Coach; Neuro-linguistic Program Master Certification; Senior Leadership Development from Eastern Carolina University; and Steven Covey Leadership Program.

To further enhance her professional development, Karin is a distinguished fellow of several elite organizations including the International Coaching Federation, International Association of Women, and Leaders of Distinction.
